Booking & Cancellation Policy

A deposit may be required to secure larger vehicle and marine detailing services. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee. As a mobile service operating throughout Muskoka, appointments impacted by unsafe weather conditions will be rescheduled at no penalty. We value your time and ours, ensuring every service is delivered with precision in every detail.
